Workshop: 4 Seasons in 4 Weeks: An Indigenous Approach to Your Hormones
What if you discovered an ancient treasure chest within that holds the secrets of the ages for governing yourself and leading the world?
Based on my book, 4 Seasons in 4 Weeks, I and my team will guide participants through a profound journey of awakening, reclaiming and using the fuel of your hormones and 28-day body clock to find power, clarity, and joy in your everyday life.
I’ll break down the cycle blueprint into four guided weeks using symbolism, science, art and movement to reveal a remarkable inner-navigational system, applying practical meaning to the hormonal experience, even beyond menopause.
Soak your bones in the healing waters and deepen your wisdom through ceremony. Allow your indigenous ”knowing” to surface and unfold.
We’ll begin with a Summer Solstice circle.
~~ Come alone or bring a daughter, sister, friend, or mother! ~~
Suzanne Mathis McQueen, author of 4 Seasons in 4 Weeks, is an international speaker and mentor. She is a Keeper of women’s mysteries and the Carrier of a stone medicine bowl for water blessing ceremonies. Suzanne is renowned for defining natural rhythm principles that are critical to female balance, optimal performance, & business expansion. Demystifying the female rhythm for women & men is at the heart of her work.

IMPORTANT! Please note: Breitenbush Hot Springs is NOT a 5-star resort and spa. Not even close! Its cabins are rustic and small (but clean, and the beds are decently comfortable) and the workshop yurts are magical. Eating and general hanging out happen in Breitenbush’s classic mountain lodge. The magic is in the environment and cool people, the organic food, the hot springs, the relaxation, the beautiful workshop spaces, the people in your workshop, the trees and the amazing air. Super casual, hippie-like environment, but don’t let that turn you off if that’s not normally your thing. It’s been proven time and time again as a great atmosphere for learning, connecting, and rejuvenating. Relax and enjoy. Unplug from everything.
Deposits and Payment – PLEASE READ!
Reservations will go through Suzanne, and Breitenbush cancellation policies are followed. Payment is in full at time of registering for lodging and workshop. The cost of lodging serves as a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. With cancellation notice of at least 7 days Breitenbush will issue a credit voucher (good for one year) for the amount of your deposit less a $20 processing fee. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, your deposit is forfeited. The cost of the workshop will be refunded in full.
Hot Springs: Be nude, wear a suit, cover up completely, or don’t go in. No pressure to be anything except yourself. Do your best to not worry about what your body looks like. It’s not Malibu. Other people of all shapes and sizes may be nude at the tubs (including men who are in other workshops going on at the same time), but everyone tends to be discreet and respectful. Much of the hot springs time is at night, so its dark, if that helps your comfort level. Once you’re there you’ll be surprised at how quickly you relax into it all. Go to the website for more info and please call the facility with questions. http://www.breitenbush.com/

As in plural. They are sweet, they are centering, and they are important for helping to align one’s earth/spirit balance. Ceremonies honor what is important in our hearts and helps us to tap in when our hearts won’t open. Ceremonies and rituals help us to connect to the source of all living things. Suzanne is the Keeper of a stone medicine bowl which she uses for ceremonial purposes and will bring to this workshop. Jaya EagleHeart will create and oversee the sacred circle at all times, including the safety of all during the sweat lodge ceremony.
Here’s MORE of what you can expect:~

~~Hang out in the lodge library or visit the gift store

We’ll tap into the aligned core power in each of us by exploring our sacred feminine lineage and the primal wisdom of our hormonal blueprint, cycling or not.
Awaken the primal wisdom of your hormonal intelligence!
